1. Allowed Items

You're welcome to list items that are:

  • Legal to sell in Nigeria
  • Properly described, functional, and in sellable condition
  • Not duplicates of existing listings unless clearly stated

2. Items That Are Not Allowed

To maintain safety, legality, and trust, the following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons, ammunition, or parts thereof
  • Illicit drugs, prescription medications, or psychoactive substances
  • Stolen, counterfeit, or pirated goods
  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, bio-waste)
  • Adult‑only products (explicit sexual content)
  • Alcoholic beverages, live animals, or endangered wildlife
  • Illegal or unethical content (hate materials, extremist merch)
  • Financial scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading offers

3. Quality & Accurate Listings

Listing Requirements:

  • •Title and description must accurately reflect condition and specs
  • •Use clear, well-lit photos; include internal or non-visible defects
  • •Avoid misleading phrases like "100% guaranteed" without proof
  • •All pricing must be clearly stated in NGN (₦)

4. No Duplicate or Spam Listings

  • Duplicate or mass listings of the same item are not allowed
  • One listing per unique item; bundle only when items are sold together

6. Prohibited Content

  • No hate speech, graphic violence, or extremist messaging
  • No pornographic or adult-only content
  • No illegal advice, hacking tools, or cheating services

7. Enforcement Process

How We Handle Violations:

Items violating these rules may be removed immediately

First-time offenders will receive a gentle warning

Repeated violations may result in listing suspension or account ban

8. Payment & Wallet Use

Wallet Use Policy:

The Cusecho wallet is strictly for facilitating swap transactions on the platform.

Users are prohibited from using their wallet to solicit or collect funds for purposes outside active swaps.

Any wallet deposit above ₦2,500 that is not tied to a legitimate transaction cannot be withdrawn.

This rule exists to prevent fraud, protect genuine users, and keep the platform safe.

9. Help & Appeals

If you feel your listing was removed unfairly, email us at support@cusecho.com with:

  • Your listing ID
  • A short explanation or photo clarifying the situation
